Yes, when it's the right call. Used stock can cut cost significantly, but only if the beams and frames match your load requirements and the system can be certified. We'll price both and tell you which one we'd choose.
We do. That covers CAD drawings, engineer approvals, permit applications and Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews where the installation requires one.
In Ontario a PSR is generally required for racking, with one common exception: if a new system is installed exactly as shown on the engineered stamped drawing, a PSR is usually not needed. Separately, the OHSA requires signage showing the rated capacity of your racking. If you do not know your capacity, we can review the racking on site and issue a PSR or stamped drawing with the correct signage. We will tell you which one you actually need before you pay for anything.
Yes. We inspect for damaged frames, missing safety bars and overloaded beams, then quote repairs or replacement parts. If the Ministry of Labour has flagged your racking, tell us on the form and we will prioritise it.
Yes. Teardown, transport, reconfiguration and reinstallation are a large part of what we do, including phased moves so you keep operating while the work happens.
